SOLAR by Marsseia is an app for meditation, wisdom and sound. It was created by Marcela Moctezuma Magdaleno (Marsseia), who is responsible for your data. Her address is Damiana 7, Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico and her email is [email protected].

In short: everything you use in SOLAR stays on your phone. Only if you fill in and send the "Create with me" form do your contact details reach Marsseia so she can answer you.

What the app keeps, only on your phone

• Your name (how you'd like to be greeted), your language and how you'd like to be addressed.
• The city or approximate location you choose, to calculate sunrise, sunset and the moon where you are.
• Your practiced days, your card of the day, your card diary and your settings (reminders, sound).
• If you start the "Create with me" form and leave halfway, the draft is kept on your phone so you can finish it later.

This data stays on your phone. If you delete the app, it is deleted.

"Create with me": when you choose to write to Marsseia

If you send the "Tell me about your project" form, Marsseia receives what you wrote:

• your name, your email and, if you give them, your WhatsApp and your project's Instagram or website;
• the offer you're interested in, your project's stage, your vision, when you'd like to start and which language you prefer to work in.

What it's used for: only to read your project, answer you with a proposal and, if you work together, follow up on that project. It's not used for advertising and you're not added to any mailing list unless you ask.

Where it's kept: it reaches Marsseia's email and a private spreadsheet in her Google account (Google Workspace / Gmail, by Google LLC). Google acts as the provider that stores it. It's never sold or shared with anyone else.

How long: while there's a conversation or a project with you, and up to 2 years after the last contact. Then it's deleted.

If you're offline when you send the form, it's kept on your phone and sent automatically once you're back online.

Anonymous counts

To know whether "Create with me" is useful, the app counts how many times the section is opened, how many times each offer is opened, and how many times the form is started and sent. These counts carry no name, email, location or anything that identifies you.

Location

If you allow it, the app uses your approximate location once to know where you are and calculate that day's sky. The location is used on the phone and is not sent anywhere. You can decline and type your city instead.

Notifications

Reminders (sunrise, moon, practice) are notifications scheduled by your own phone. They're not sent from a server.

What the app doesn't do

• It has no ads.
• It doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
• It doesn't sell or share data.
• It doesn't ask for an account or a password.

Your rights

At any time you can ask:

• to see what data of yours Marsseia has;
• to correct it;
• to delete it;
• to stop it being used.

You can also withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] with your name and what you need. We reply within 20 business days.
